SHIPPING

Please let us know your FedEx account number or other favorable carrier in order to ship your order. Alfa Chemistry is not responsible for brokerage, duties, taxes etc. that may be incurred in shipping.

PAYMENT TERMS

We prefer payment by Check or Wire transfer. Payment by Credit Card (Visa/ MasterCard only) is also acceptable. In order to facilitate our processing with the credit card charge, please provide the following information by fax or over phone:

Payment terms are net 30 days, unless otherwise specified. Pre-payment may be required prior to shipping in certain territories. Payments made after forty-five (45) days may be subjected to a penalty fee of 2% per month.

Return Policy:

Any goods which are damaged, defective or incorrect when delivered to the customer must be reported to Alfa Chemistry immediately. We will do our best to resolve each situation in an equitable manner.
All claims for return or replacement must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. After said 30 days, any delivered goods are deemed accepted and conforming to the agreement.

Return Exceptions:

Items that may not be accepted for return include opened products, custom products and special orders. Returned goods must be in the original packaging and original condition. This includes all product tags, instructions and accessories.

Please Note:

All goods must be stored in accordance with the instructions. Alfa Chemistry will not pay any refunds and/or replacement costs unless these instructions have been followed by the customer at all times.
